I’m Hayley Castiglione (silent ‘g’) - a people-centric HR leader with a passion for building workplaces where teams actually want to show up.

After more than a decade (nearing two!) leading People and Culture across global corporates and high-growth tech firms (Sony, Bidstack, Globacap), I founded Cast HR Solutions to help startups and scale ups grow smarter, not messier.

I love partnering with Founders to design values-driven, scalable people strategies that boost engagement, drive performance, and make “HR” feel more human (we are- we promise!).

I’m CIPD Level 7 qualified, hold an MA in HR Management (Distinction), and bring experience spanning everything from leadership development and inclusion strategy to organisational structure and design.
